Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are perishable, all sales are generally final once an order has been picked up.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Product quality issue — If your product is defective or clearly damaged at pickup, contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description.
  • Order error — If we fulfill your order with the wrong product or quantity, we will correct it or issue a refund.
  • Order cancelled by LAN Farms — If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup: may receive store credit at our discretion, as product may have already been prepared.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pickup time: no refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at sales@lan-farms.com or (769) 218-6617 within 24 hours of pickup. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
