Q: Can I buy an 1/8 of a cow?
A: Sure! Our Big Beef Box is essentially an eighth of a cow and includes 50-55 pounds of a large variety of cuts and 30 pounds of ground. The boxes are pre-portioned, frozen, vacuum-packed and boxed up securely with insulated liners. The full breakdown of exactly what’s in each box listed on our product page.
A: Our Big Beef Box contains approximately 50-55 pounds of beef including a large variety of cuts and 30 pounds of ground in one-pound packs. Our Weeknight Hero Box includes 30 pounds of beef in one-pound packs. All of our beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. 

A: We currently have two options: our Big Beef Box and our Weeknight Hero Box. Our Big Beef Box offers 50-55 pounds of beef with a large variety of cuts and 30 pounds of ground. Our Weeknight Hero Box includes 30 pounds of ground beef. We will be adding more products and cuts in the future. If you are interested in specialty or custom cuts, we may be able to accommodate those if you reach out to us at sales@lan-farms.com. 

A: Absolutely. You can add multiple boxes to your cart and check out just like you normally would. If you’re looking at a larger purchase like a quarter or half cow, we’d love to work with you directly — just reach out through our Contact Us page.
