Q: How can I get in touch with you?
Q: Do you have a storefront I can visit?
A: Not yet, but it’s something we’re working toward in the future. For now, the easiest way to get our beef is through our website. We’ll announce any new locations on our social media pages.
Q: Can I leave a review after my purchase?
A: We’d love to hear about your experience. After you receive your order, we’ll send you a link to share your feedback. Positive reviews help us grow, and if something wasn’t up to par, we want to know so we can make it right.

Q: Where is LAN Farms located?
A: Our farm is based in Utica, Mississippi. We’re a family operation rooted in the heart of central Mississippi, and we take pride in raising our cattle right here on home ground.
Q: Why buy beef directly from a local farm?
A: When you buy from us, you know exactly where your beef comes from — one farm, one family. There’s no middleman, no mystery. You’re getting fresher, higher-quality beef and supporting a local family at the same time.
Q: What makes your beef different from what I'd find at the grocery store?
A: Our cattle are raised locally by our family with care and attention that a large-scale operation simply can’t match. We focus on quality at every step of the process, from how we raise our animals to how we process and package the beef. We’ll be sharing more details about our farming practices on our website soon.
Q: Is your beef USDA inspected?
A: Our beef is processed through licensed facilities, but we are not currently USDA certified. We’re focused on delivering a quality product and will continue to work toward meeting all applicable standards as we grow.
Q: Can I buy an 1/8 of a cow?
Q: How much beef comes in a box?
A: Our Big Beef Box contains approximately 50-55 pounds of beef including a large variety of cuts and 30 pounds of ground in one-pound packs. Our Weeknight Hero Box includes 30 pounds of beef in one-pound packs. All of our beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness.
Q: What products do you currently offer?
A: We currently have two options: our Big Beef Box and our Weeknight Hero Box. Our Big Beef Box offers 50-55 pounds of beef with a large variety of cuts and 30 pounds of ground. Our Weeknight Hero Box includes 30 pounds of ground beef. We will be adding more products and cuts in the future. If you are interested in specialty or custom cuts, we may be able to accommodate those if you reach out to us at sales@lan-farms.com.
Q: Can I order more than one box?
A: Absolutely. You can add multiple boxes to your cart and check out just like you normally would. If you’re looking at a larger purchase like a quarter or half cow, we’d love to work with you directly — just reach out through our Contact Us page.
